Life with Liv, Lai, + Lera

I knew I wanted to take Livia to an Easter Egg hunt this year, but I hadn't heard anyone talk about one...so I looked up a few things Friday night and found that Germantown was having one at the Cameron Brown Park....I asked Diana and Ali if they wanted to go and they did! We all met at D's house and then we were off the Egg hunt! The up to 2 age group was a 10:30 I planned on doing the Egg hunt but once we got there and saw how many people were there I changed my mind. We watched Ainsley and Ali hunt eggs and Ainsley was sweet to give one to Liv! We then let the babies sit with the Easter bunny for a picture! We had a lot of fun! We then met Ziggy, Haley, Jen, her husband, Norah, and the egg hunter crew at Chili's for lunch! What a fun Saturday!  Landrey, Livia, and Lucas at their first Easter egg hunt! Today we had Livia's 4 month check up. She weighs 14 lbs 12 oz. and is 24 inches tall. Her head was 41 cm. She is in the 25th-50th percentile for her height.....and in the 75th percentile for her weight...haha! He said she was a chubby monkey for her height! I asked my mom to look to see what I was at 4 months and I weighed 14 lbs 14 oz. and was 25 inches tall...so she is about the same size that I was! He was pleased with her progress and said for us to keep up the good work! He did say that we could start feeding her rice cereal with a spoon if we want to...he then went on to say if she is sleeping through the night and seems to be getting enough to eat that it would be ok to hold off until we think it is the right time! We are choosing to hold off for a few more months! She screamed more this time with her shots. She did run a little fever through the night and the next day...but nothing a little Tylenol couldn't handle. In 2 months we go back for 2 more shots. 

Today we visited the Mills' girls! We had a great time!!! Livia took a nap on the way home and when we got home she was ready to play! Ali is great with handling 2 babies Livia was trying to sit up like a big girl! When we got home we played outside and had fun with the camera! I love my fingers What a precious little smile! I caught her talking! Livia enjoys her Catty the Caterpillar teether Daddy and Livia time!

We always love going back home to see Emmi, Papa, and Aunt L....but this visit was even better because we got to see my nana, my great grandaddy J.L., and my grandaddy and grandmomma! We celebrated my grandmomma's birthday on Saturday. We had the best time! She brought Livia her Easter basket, but insisted that we not open it until Easter! Saturday morning Momma, Livia, and I went to Daylight Donuts to pick up breakfast! This was a fun treat....we never eat donuts for breakfast! We were going to go school shopping in Jackson on Sunday....but Lindsey decided she didn't want to so just my mom and I went to my favorite place to eat in Newbern...Mom's Buffet! It is pretty funny because everyone lines up waiting to get in to eat!! Can you tell Livia loves her Emmi just a little! She is definitely loved!!! Livia brings her great great grandaddy so much joy!!! Her Nana is crazy about her too!!! This headband/bow is from Aunt Karen...everything is bigge...
