Relaxing weekend!

The weather was so great this weekend! We were able to play outside and take Liv's car for a spin around the cove! Cody's parents came down on Saturday to check on their house and they spent the night with us! Not too much longer and they will be moving into their new house!

Daddy's running skills are beating Mommy's at this time!
Haha...I bet our neighbors think we are insane....Cody says playing in PJ's is the best!




I was getting ready before Larry and Janet arrived and Livia saw that my belly was showing so she walked into the bathroom like this...she is so stinking cute!
No it is not pretty, but it was the biggest one WalMart had! Livia loves going to her toy boxes!

This is her puppy from last Valentine's Day...she is crazy about her!

Lera's Gift

                      Meet our precious baby girl, LERA MICHELLE! Cody and I are choosing to share Lera’s story to hopefully encourage others that may have a similar journey and help change the way the world views Down Syndrome! At 11 weeks our OB at the time noticed a thickened nuchal fold and suggested we do a genetic blood test. Honestly, we didn’t believe anything would be detected with our baby, we were just looking forward to finding out the gender so early. The results came back, and the screening detected a 76% predictive value for Trisomy 21. Definitely not something we ever expected. And the way it was presented to Cody and me made us leave the appointment scared, confused, and in denial of the results we had just been given. Slumber Party in Liv's Room

This morning we woke up and Elsie had gotten Liv's baby doll crib out of the toy room and was hanging out in the crib in Liv's room. He must have had a long night at the North Pole...Christmas is only 6 days away!!!!
