Life with Liv, Lai, + Lera

I didn't realize how hard it would be to go back to school after our one week break! Livia and I have had so much fun together! I love waking up to her and playing all day long!!! Life doesn't get any better than that! She is the absolute best thing God has ever blessed me with! She is AWESOME! So it's off to work for ONLY 9 more weeks!!! I can so do this!! The countdown is on for Summer!

When I scheduled Livia's photo session several months ago...it was perfect because she was turning 4 months on the 16th which was going to fall during my spring break! I scheduled it for Saturday the 17th in Nashville and thought we could spend the whole weekend in Nashville! However our spring break plans changed and we decided to go to Texas 2 weeks before I got out of school! I was not changing Livia's photo session....we drove back to Nashville Saturday and spent the night with Cody's parents! We planned an outdoor photo session for 5:00 at Ellington Agricultural Center! As we were on our way to Nashville it started raining soooo hard! I was very nervous about getting the pictures in! We arrived around 4:00 and thank goodness we had dodged the rain! Livia slept from 1:30 to 4:15 so she was in a great mood for the most part! I loved the photo props and blankets that Shannon brought! They have missed Livia and me so much while we have been away! They are spending the weekend at Sardis Lake and had to make a stop on the way! We were so glad they came to see us! I walked outside to see Papa and Livia in the fishing boat! It was so cute!  She looks too cute in the fishing boat! The sun was really bright!  Aunt L loves her Livia! Precious picture! He is such a perfect papa!    My Emmi!! She is the BEST Emmi! Our sweet angel!

You weigh 14 lbs 12 oz You are wearing 3-6 months You are still in size 2 diapers You are now drinking the whole 5 oz of your milk about every  3-4 hours You are officially teething....You constantly have your pointer finger in your mouth chewing on it and you are still drooling a lot! Sophie the Giraffe here we come! You love putting your hand under water and then put it in your mouth...you love water!  You are trying so hard to hold your on bottle...you put your hands on it everytime we feed you...you just haven't learn how to control it just yet! You love riding with the windows down You sleep through the whole night and you have started going to sleep around 8:45...I am so glad I have stuck to a schedule..you really do well on one! You took your first long distance trip and plane ride to Texas!   Everyone just adored you and complimented on what an awesome baby you are and that you have the sweetest personality!  You started sitting in your activit...

We woke up and had breakfast....we got packed up and headed to the airport around 1:00. Livia had to wear her Tennessee onsie...because we were both so happy to be going home!!! I couldn't even buckle Livia in before she was sound asleep! We had to make a pit stop by Babies' R Us to pick up Sophie the Giraffe....Livia is in desperate need of something besides her fingers! We made it to the airport and again had a successful boarding! Livia did great on the plane ride home...she was awake for both the take off and landing! We stopped by Gran and Pops to get our car and we headed home to see Daddy!!!! 

We got up this morning, packed our bags, and headed out about 10:00! Before we could leave we had to stop by Paris Pink and Cowboy Blue baby boutique! We bought Liv a very fashionable booster seat that will be great for a really long time...and great for photo shoots too! Off course we couldn't leave Texas without a western giddy up...and a few other cute things!  When we arrived in Houston to see Aunt Gail she was so excited! We visited for a while and then went to Dinner at Saltwater Steak House! We then went to Houston's Children Hospital to see Jenna! She was one of the flower girls in our wedding! We brought her a happy and visited outside of the hospital for a while! The hospital was right beside Reliant Stadium...this was Liv's first time to see it! There was tons of traffic because of the Rodeo! There was also a huge fair/carnival going on so the lights from the rides were amuzing to Livia! Today we were on the go! We started our morning by going to Aunt Karen and Uncle Bob's ranch! I love love love their house! Uncle Bob designed it and what an amazing house it is! She had a welcome sign for us as soon as we got there! Livia loved being there! They collect antiques so it gave Liv tons to look at! Then we were off to get pedicures...Aunt Karen had just had a pedi so she offered to hold Livia! Livia had a lot of fun and she did great for the most part! She did get a little fussy while my toes were drying..it was pretty funny....I was doing the mommy dance while drying my toes! After our relaxing pedis we went to eat at Cheddar's! It was very yummy! Then, we went back to Aunt K and Uncle B's for last minute visiting! It was very warm today and they have a walk around porch....so I took Liv for a little walk...while outside she went bare foot for the first time...I wore a sleeveless shirt and actually got burnt! We then went in to the music room and I played the...
