Father's Day with my Daddy!

We drove up to Newbern on Monday to spend Father's Day with my daddy! We got there about 11:00 and the playing began! Momma and Daddy were happy to see us...and our sweet Addy girl was so happy to see us too!! We have missed her!!! Daddy loved his gifts that we got for him!! He looks forward to his aluminum foil every year!! We also got him a Lowe's gift card!! Grandmomma and Grandaddy came up and we went to lunch with them! After lunch they came back and visited for a long time! Then my best friend, Samantha, came by to see us! She brought Jackson with her and we were so glad to see him...he is so funny and sweet!! They stayed for a long time and we loved every bit of it!!! I love my mom and dad's job because they can do everything they normally would from thier office at home and from a cell phone! They went this morning to get the guys off and then they came home and played with us! My pawpaw came up to have lunch and he was so happy to see Livia! He couldn't get over how much she had grown! We always have so much fun with Momma and Daddy! I wish we never had to leave!!
  
Momma had Livia first, but Daddy couldn't wait to get his hands on his girl!!
She brings them so much joy!!!


Livia wanted to teethe on her card to Papa instead of giving it to him!



He loved it!!!
He loved my card too!!
He always looks forward to his aluminum foil! My parents grill a lot so it comes in handy and it last all year long!

Jackson was so good with her!! He just let her crawl all over him!!

My daddy rigged her walker so that she could touch the floor...there was no stopping her!
She went backwards for about 1 minute.
And then she figured out that she could stand up and go forward!

She was a happy girl!

Of course I wouldn't let him!!

So Emmi came to the rescue with an ice cube popsicle!


And before we left, Emmi got Liv ready and had to put her lipstick on her!!!

G-daddy's Celebration of Life - Nashville

Today we celebrated the beautiful life of a husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin, friend, mentor, coach + music man! The love, laughter, admiration, and friendship that was present today, filled our hearts with such comfort. The stories shared were a testament to a life well lived.   Janet’s strength through this entire process was so inspiring…making Larry's memorial everything he deserved. A sincere thank you to EVERYONE who played a part in making his celebration of life so special. The Willoughby family is forever grateful for you.   The girls were so happy Dierks came to honor and speak about their G-daddy! So thankful for this jewel of a friend!
