Christmas Eve at The Willoughby’s

Our first Christmas stop was in Nashville. We had such a great Christmas. Livia received tons of stuffed animals and dolls from her Texas Aunts. Her Gran and Pops bought her all sorts of wonderful things..my favorite was two savings bonds…they are going to be giving her one for every occasion so that one day we can put the money toward college! They also gave her/me the ERGObaby carrier that I had registered for! We love it! This is the last year we are giving gifts...we all decided that from now on, instead of exchanging gifts for Christmas we are going to start a new tradition of going on a family trip...next year we are all leaning toward the mountains for a snow skiing adventure! Our first Christmas celebration was awesome! Santa Claus is coming to town tonight and we can’t wait!

This sums up our Christmas with the Willoughby's! We are worn out! We had such a great time..now it's time to get to bed so Santa Claus can come!

G-daddy's Celebration of Life - Nashville

Today we celebrated the beautiful life of a husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin, friend, mentor, coach + music man! The love, laughter, admiration, and friendship that was present today, filled our hearts with such comfort. The stories shared were a testament to a life well lived.   Janet’s strength through this entire process was so inspiring…making Larry's memorial everything he deserved. A sincere thank you to EVERYONE who played a part in making his celebration of life so special. The Willoughby family is forever grateful for you.   The girls were so happy Dierks came to honor and speak about their G-daddy! So thankful for this jewel of a friend! Everything she had to do to make this trip happen and join us in celebrating as our friend and photographer is simple amazing and selfless.
