Life with Liv, Lai, + Lera

We decided it was time to cut our baby's beautiful hair! We took her to NY salon and Ms. Katie Compton cute it for her! Liv did great! She did not want to sit in the chair... so she sat in my lap and she did not like the cape.... so I wore one and caught her hair as it fell! Before.... After! It looks like Liv is saying "Sissy...can you believe I got my hair cut!"  She is so proud of her new hair cut....and goodness she looks so big! Be still my heart! 

I'm posting the end of the best summer ever in all pictures! I made Janet a birthday dinner And a healthy dessert that we had in Mexico! Sweet girl tucked her baby doll in! Sisterly love! Chuckie Cheese for Hope's birthday! It's clear she loves Nutella! IHOP! Swimming at KK's! Monkey See, Monkey Do! Cook out with Uncle Matt and Lindsey! Snacking at Grandmomma and Grandaddy's house! When the girls got to EE and Papa's they always surprises them with the best stuff! Pump It Up party for Piper! Daddy bought the girls a lot of "Supises" as Liv would say! All of the Texas Aunts were so happy to see Liv and Lai and spoiled them with all kinds of goodies!

Cody surprised me on Mother's Day with a fully planned trip to Cancun for our 5 year anniversary! I was thrilled! We left out early Monday morning and arrived in paradise at 11:00! Our resort let us check in early and that was the start to an unforgettable week! We stayed at ME Cancun and it was beyond incredible...from our room, to the service, to the pool, to the cleanliness, to the sand, to the freshest food and drinks...etc it was UNBELIEVABLE! We are both early risers so we woke up at 6:30 every morning, looked outside to see the sun everyday, watched a little news, ate breakfast at the best breakfast buffet we both have ever experienced, and were laying poolside by 8:00 everyday! We loved getting to just chill out, relax, and enjoy each other's company...and people watch!!! We stayed by the pool until it was time for lunch and we ate at the beach house everyday! It was right on the beach so the view was perfect! For lunch we ate guacamole, quesadillas, nachos, wraps, cev...
